Tight Integration with Your Kinetic System
Point of Sale was built to extend the functionality of the Kinetic software. It has tight integration hooks with your Kinetic system, giving your staff a seamless experience when it comes to the Kinetic data that POS uses and the transactions it creates.
- All products, customers, pricing and other POS related data configured in Kinetic are available in the POS application.
- Support of Sale Kits, Custom Kits, and changes to assembly items.
- Support of product serials, lots and bins.

- Large, configurable buttons with touch-screen capabilities can be added, sized, removed, colored and sorted to provide your staff with an uncluttered and customized experience.
- Items can be added to the transaction by scanning barcodes, entering a product code or easily searching in the product drill-down.
- Configure ‘Fast-Keys’ to short cut the selection of regularly sold items or transactions combinations, such as staff discounts or promos with a predefined reason code.

An easy way to process an RMA
A common challenge for Kinetic users is processing the return of items as a credit or in exchange for something else. RMA’s and Credit Returns need to be processed separately in Kinetic and take an excessive amount of time, especially when the customer is at the counter waiting.
- Process returns and exchanges easily processed in one screen.
- Auto Returns allows you to enter or retrieve the original transaction number from a search and all of the associated lines will be loaded, ready for the applicable items to be returned.
