A: Once you're logged into EpicCare, you can find support, billing, and contacts for your products. Your plan may include unlimited online, chat and/or phone problem resolution support.

A: You can find product documentation on EpicWeb. That is the portal for product documentation and downloads. You can access EpicWeb here - Home (epicor.com).
A: Login to EpicWeb for the latest software updates, fixes, enhancements, and upgrades.
A: If you have an Epicor product and an active service plan, we support your product. See a full list of products here.
A: You can retrieve your account number by navigating to EpicCare - New EpicCare Home - EpicCare (epicor.com) and clicking on "Find My Account." Or Request your account number from the EpicCare log-in page under “Request My Account Number.” If you have an approved email address, you will receive an email with your account number.
