Route Optimization
Epicor Mfg POD Lite allows for paperless proof of delivery with sign-on-glass signature, and a picture of file from the device's internal storage can be captured. Epicor Mfg Proof of Delivery has all the same functionality as Epicor Mfg POD Lite with the addition of a consolidated list across Customer Shipments, Master Packs and Transfer Orders which can be route optimized to find the most efficient delivery route. Once the optimal route is determined, the integration with Google Maps helps users navigate to the delivery location.
Intuitive User Experience
The Epicor Mfg Proof of Delivery experience starts with the user identifying the list of deliveries for a route (from the available list of Customer Shipments, Master Packs and Transfer Orders), which is then passed through the Route Optimization Engine to identify the most efficient route for the list selected. The user can then launch the map for the next delivery on the route (note this functionality is not available for POD Lite). Once the delivery location is reached, the app displays relevant details for the customer shipment, including the number of pack lines on the selected pack.
