Honoring Our Champion Award Winners at Epicor Insights 2026 >
Year after year, Epicor Insights highlights the innovations shaping the future of our industry—from emerging technologies to breakthrough solutions. At the heart of it all are our customers: the leaders, teams, and organizations that continually raise the bar and drive meaningful results. We’re honored to celebrate our Champion Award winners and share the achievements, dedication, and impact that set them apart.
CEO Champion: Guillevin
How do you honor a more than century-old tradition while staying ready for whatever the future holds? For Guillevin, a120-year-old distribution organization and six-year Epicor customer, transformation meant a multi-site migration to Prophet 21 SaaS last year, after facing challenges managing Azure independently.
Their goal was to improve performance and reliability, while reducing the IT burden, by transitioning all four sites to Prophet 21 cloud. They also unified Epicor EDI and ECM to automate AP and sales workflows, centralize operations, and consolidate invoice processing across 125 locations.
For over a century of bold ideas, continuous improvement, and consistently embracing innovation, Guillevin is our CEO Champion.

Manufacturing Champion (Innovation): Tilton Group
In business since 1985, Tilton Group has been a pioneer in sustainability. They chose Epicor on the strength of glowing customer recommendations, as well as a solid relationship with Epicor partner Concerti. Their goals were to modernize and transform their processes, build a more data-driven organization, and drive measurable results across the business.
They achieved all of these benchmarks, and recently onboarded with Epicor Prism, in their continued search to keep innovating and exploring. The organization is now using AI‑driven forecasting with Epicor Kinetic and IP&O to transform seasonal volatility into precise, data‑led decisions — achieving 99.5% service levels.
For their commitment and curiosity, Tilton Group is our Innovation Champion.

Manufacturing Champion: SKC
Operating in over 60 countries as a global leader in its field, SKC maintains a passion for excellence and dedication to making a positive impact on their customers, their employees, and the communities they serve.
From the lab to the production floor to the office, SKC sought to improve their overall efficiency and process flows. They achieved their goals through participation in the Epicor Ascend cloud program, accelerating their migration thanks to integrated tools, 24/7 data protection, easy integrations, and expert guidance.
For their dedication to excellence and their willingness to continuously evolve and innovate, SKC is our Manufacturing Champion.

Manufacturing Champion: VMC Group
As a long-time partner and advocate for Epicor, it’s no surprise that VMC Group is a founding member of our EpiUser group.
After making the switch to the cloud to replace an outdated infrastructure, the company knew they needed a scalable solution to help with acquisitions.
By leading a successful transition to Epicor Kinetic Cloud, VMC Group’s executive team removed operational barriers and created a strong foundation for multi-site growth. This vision empowered the organization to move faster and grow confidently.
For their continued innovation and support in making Epicor solutions better for the entire community, VMC Group is our Manufacturing Champion.

Distribution Champion: George E. Booth
George E. Booth exemplifies the spirit of Epicor: forward-thinking, results-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
Since migrating to Prophet 21 cloud in 2020, they have since acquired two more companies that are also in the process of converting. They are engaged and active with the P21 user community, always ready to share insights and exchange ideas for best practices.
As they grow, George E. Booth demonstrates a proven ability to turn ERP investment into measurable business impact by improving efficiency, visibility, and customer service.
For their longtime support of Prophet 21 and their consistent commitment to innovation, George E. Booth is our Distribution Champion.

Distribution Champion: USPHB
An Eclipse Cloud customer since November 2025, USPHB has consistently gone beyond core ERP to drive clear operational impact across key areas of the business.
The company was an early adopter of Elite EXTRA integration; they now provide valuable customer feedback while leveraging a strong ecosystem of Epicor solutions that includes Automation Studio, Avalara Tax Connect, and EDA/Phocas.
As an example of a priority vertical industry, USPHB modeled how to modernize and scale with Epicor. For using their connected capabilities to improve efficiency and visibility across the supply chain while enabling continued growth and innovative integration, USPHB is our Distribution Champion.

Distribution Champion: NEFCO
By leveraging Epicor Eclipse as the operational backbone of their business, NEFCO has streamlined processes and scaled efficiently across the organization. Their commitment to continuous improvement is reflected in their adoption of a broad range of Epicor solutions—including Elite EXTRA and Epicor Data Analytics (Phocas)—to maximize their ERP system’s full potential.
NEFCO also maintains a strong collaborative partnership with Epicor, working closely with our teams as they innovate and plan for the future. Most recently, they provided valuable feedback on a new rental application currently in development, helping shape the next generation of solutions for the industry.
As a standout example of how technology, innovation, and partnership can drive meaningful business results, NEFCO is our Distribution Champion.

The accomplishments of these Champions demonstrate what’s possible when vision, dedication, and innovation come together. As you plan for the year ahead, we hope their success inspires your own.
