    The Epicor Customer Excellence Awards honor organizations that have successfully deployed Epicor solutions to achieve excellence in business efficiency, customer experience, and overall performance.

    Every year, the Excellence Awards are kicked-off at the Epicor LBM User Conference where the Americas awards for LBM are announced. This year the conference will be in November 2018 and more details coming soon.

    New this year, individual winners of the LBM Excellence Awards will be honored with $1,000 USD to donate to their charity or organization of choice.

    The lumber and building materials industry is a tight knit, caring community and our customers are no exception. We are honored to provide the Customer Excellence Award Winners with the opportunity to give back to their charity or organization of choice.

    Epicor Customer Excellence Awards programs are run in the Americas, Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe and Middle East, with regional program winners automatically considered as finalists in the global categories for overall “Customer of the Year.” The global winners will be announced after all the regional awards programs have concluded every year.
