When speed matters, you now have more flexible options for urgent MRP scenarios. Parts can automatically suggest alternative acquisition methods based on urgency—such as purchasing from a different supplier, switching between make-or-buy strategies, or using an alternate manufacturing method. What once required manual overrides is now streamlined for you.
Building on our CO2e Sustainability Initiative, Kinetic now brings carbon tracking directly into Purchase Orders, Job Tables, and Quote Tables—including for purchase-direct parts, Part-on-the-Fly, Configure-to-Order, and Engineer-to-Order processes. These enhancements help Kinetic customers meet global sustainability standards and extend carbon tracking across more critical business processes.
You can now mark unused warehouses and reason codes as 'Inactive,' preventing them from being selected in future transactions. Inactivation is allowed only when no inventory remains at the warehouse. This streamlines operations, reduces confusion, and prevents downstream errors.
Save time and reduce manual work with new system views that make it easier for report writers and dashboard creators to track sales reps and commissions directly within Sales Orders and Invoices, without having to parse them out by hand.
Kinetic now factors in how a part is sourced—manufactured, transferred, or purchased—when suggesting minimum, maximum, and safety stock levels. This delivers smarter, more accurate inventory planning.
