Rachel Barger

Rachel Barger serves as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Epicor, where she leads the company’s global go-to-market organization, including sales, professional services, partner channels, customer success, and recurring revenue teams.

Barger brings more than 20 years of global technology leadership experience spanning enterprise software and SaaS. She has held senior leadership positions at UKG, Cisco, and SAP, leading large-scale go-to-market organizations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams, strengthened customer relationships, and driven operational excellence, transformation, and sustainable growth.

She holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW) and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
