Melanie Dwyer

Melanie Dwyer is Chief of Staff to the CEO and GVP, Product Operations and Learning at Epicor. In this role, she translates Epicor’s strategy and growth plan into clear priorities, strengthens cross-functional alignment, and drives disciplined execution across the company’s most important initiatives.

Dwyer also leads Epicor’s learning strategy end to end, helping build knowledge and capabilities across employees, customers, and partners while supporting greater adoption and value from Epicor’s solutions.

Dwyer has been with Epicor for more than 20 years and has held leadership roles across product operations, program management, and learning. Before joining the ELT, she served as Vice President of Product Operations and Learning.

She holds a B.A. in Communications, American Sign Language (ASL) from St. Catherine University.
