Juliet Patterson

Juliet Patterson is Chief Human Resource Officer at Epicor, where she leads the company’s global people strategy in support of growth, innovation, and customer success. With more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience, Juliet aligns talent, culture, and operating models to enable Epicor’s teams to deliver meaningful value to customers worldwide.

Juliet oversees the engagement, development, and well-being of more than 4,900 employees across the globe. Her leadership focuses on building agile, high-performing teams and inclusive, people-centered cultures that drive execution, accountability and business outcomes.

Prior to Epicor, Juliet built deep expertise across the SaaS, technology, and power services industries with leadership roles at EDS, Insight Enterprises, and FieldCore (a GE company). She holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
