Epicor Insights 2026 Giveaway
SPONSOR: This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Epicor Software Corporation (“Epicor” or “Sponsor”) with its corporate headquarters located at 807 Las Cimas Parkway, Austin, Texas 78746.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OF WIN. ONE ENTRY PER ACTIVATION IS ALLOWED PER PERSON. ENTRIES ACCUMULATE ACROSS ALL DAYS AND ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT DAILY DRAWINGS. Each person entering or registering is considered an “entrant.” Void where prohibited by law. This Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws.
This Giveaway begins on May 18, 2026, at 5:00 pm CST and ends on May 21, 2026, at 11:30 am CST (the "Giveaway Period"). All times Central Time zone. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.
ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is only open to registered Epicor Insights 2026 attendees who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia) or Canada, are physically present at the Event at time of entry and are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By entering, an entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, event vendors involved in the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families or households, whether or not related, and any other person prohibited by applicable law, rule, regulation or policy from participating are not eligible to enter or win.
METHODS OF ENTRY: You may submit an eligible entry as follows: (1) Participate in one or more activations within the Lift Zone in the Solutions Pavilion at Epicor Insights 2026 (Gaylord Opryland Resort, Nashville, TN) during the Giveaway Period; or (2) submit the following information: name, company name, mailing address, phone number, and email address in an email to ellen.cox@epicor.com. Submissions must be received by Epicor by no later than the end of the Giveaway Period. Entrants may receive one (1) entry per Lift Zone activation participated in. Non-winning eligible entries will carry over to subsequent daily drawings during the Sweepstakes Period. Once an entrant wins a prize, that entrant and all of that entrant’s remaining entries will be ineligible for subsequent drawing. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and none will be returned for any reason. Entries will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered, garbled, mechanically or electronically reproduced, or tampered with in any way or as otherwise determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

PRIZE: Three (3) prizes will be awarded, drawings will happen on Tuesday (May 19, 2026), Wednesday (May 20, 2026) and Thursday (May 21, 2026). Each daily prize consists of one (1) pair of Meta Ray-Ban Smart Glasses (Approximate Retail Value: $350 USD per pair). Total combined prize value: $1,050 USD. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of prize. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution of prize permitted.
DRAWING AND PRIZE REDEMPTION: Three (3) separate daily drawings will be held during the Giveaway Period. Drawing 1: Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at approximately 4:30 pm CST (Lift Zone closes at 6:30 pm CST). Drawing 2: Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at approximately 3:30 pm CST (Lift Zone closes at 5:00 pm CST). Drawing 3: Thursday, May 21, 2026, at approximately 11:30 am CST, at which time the Giveaway Period ends. To be eligible for the final drawing, entries must be received prior to 11:00 am CST on May 21, 2026. One (1) winner will be randomly selected per daily drawing from all eligible entries accumulated through the time of that drawing. Entries carry over between drawings — if an entrant does not win on a given day, their entries remain eligible for subsequent daily drawings. A person may only win once during the Giveaway Period. Winners will be announced on-site and via the Epicor Insights conference mobile app. Epicor will notify the potential winner by email. If a potential winner does not respond within 24 hours, is found ineligible, or fails to comply, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Epicor will attempt to deliver the prize within ten (10) business days of determining the winner. Awarding of prize will be conducted by Epicor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. LIABILITY & WAIVER: THIS GIVEAWAY AND THE GRAND PRIZE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AND ALL WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED. BY PARTICIPATING, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT EPICOR, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATED BUSINESSES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES AND THE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS OF EACH, ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE (HOWEVER NAMED OR DESCRIBED) FOR INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE CAUSED OR SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH REGISTERING, ENTERING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, OR THE RECEIPT, ENJOYMENT, OWNERSHIP OR USE OF THE PRIZE. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, BY ENTERING THE WINNER GRANTS PERMISSION TO EPICOR TO USE THE WINNER'S NAME, AGE, CITY, STATE/PROVINCE, PHOTOGRAPH OR LIKENESS FOR ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION, NOTICE OR APPROVAL.
Epicor is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries; entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outages or delays, technical difficulties; or illegible, corrupted or untimely entries, which are void. All entries become the sole property of Epicor and will not be acknowledged or returned. If a dispute arises as to any online entry, the entrant will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the e-mail address, if any, used to enter. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the registered user of the email account. If the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for any reason that affects its administration, security, fairness or integrity, Epicor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway without prior notice or obligation to any entrant or third party, or to select a potential winner from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation, modification or suspension.
DISPUTES: Each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway, or any prize awarded, shall be subject to the laws of the state of Texas and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court in Travis County, State of Texas; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, including punitive damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Epicor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws.
Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive or limit the application of any non-waivable Tennessee law applicable to conduct occurring at the event venue in Tennessee.
PRIVACY: By entering this Giveaway, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by Epicor for purposes of administering the Giveaway and for other purposes as described in Epicor’s Privacy Policy posted at www.epicor.com.
