Epicor presents the 2022 AASA Channel Excellence Award
Epicor presented the 2022 Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) Channel Excellence Award to AutoZone and NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A) during the recent AASA Vision Conference in Dearborn, Michigan. The award was presented by Tim Hardin, senior vice president, automotive, Epicor.
The annual award recognizes innovative, collaborative initiatives that drive channel efficiency and growth at every level of the aftermarket value chain.
AutoZone and NGK collaborated in the development of a new go-to-market strategy in the replacement oxygen sensor category that resulted in $7 to $10 million in inventory savings while driving double- and triple-digit sales increases year-over-year.
Other finalists for the 2022 award were: Bosch Automotive Aftermarket and NAPA Auto Parts; and Dorman Products with multiple channel partners.
