Customer and Partner agreements with supplements
This Information Services Supplement (“Supplement”) describes the terms regarding Information Services to be provided to you by Epicor and is incorporated by reference into and governed by the Master Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Epicor. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Supplement and the terms of the Agreement, the terms of this Supplement will control.
DownloadThis Connectivity Products Supplement (this “Supplement”) governs Customer’s acquisition and use of the Connectivity Product (defined below) ordered from Epicor Software Corporation or its Affiliate specified in the Order therefor (“Epicor”). This Supplement is subject to the Epicor Master Customer Agreement Master Terms and Conditions (“Master Terms”). Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Master Terms unless otherwise defined herein.
