Hong Kong - Epicor, a global leader of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, announced its Customer Excellence Award winners at the Epicor Asia Summit which took place virtually on 13 September 2022.
The online event was attended by over 300 partners and customers throughout the day. Despite lockdown restrictions, many of the region’s customers and industry leaders were able to celebrate their technology achievements, network with industry peers, and learn about the latest Epicor features, future plans and industry innovations including Epicor Automation Studio.
At this year’s event, Epicor recognised the following Asia customers as Customer Excellence Award winners:
Manufacturing Excellence Award – SAS Group (Indonesia) PT Sinar Agung Selalu Sukses (SASS) were recognised for significantly improving their business process and operational efficiencies. Epicor Kinetic enabled PT Sinar to reimagine and transform their business, becoming more sustainable at the same time.
Business Transformation Excellence Award – Chin Huay Public Co. Ltd (Thailand) were awarded for their fast adoption approach to ERP implementation. Chin Huay deployed Epicor technology to transform, innovate and significantly improve financial and operation business process throughout their group including operations in Singapore and Cambodia.
Individual Excellence Award – Wilson Wong, Head of Group IT at GP Batteries & KEF (Hong Kong). Wilson was recognised for playing a critical role in the transformation of GRP towards industry 4.0, also for championing and creating a positive impact within GP Batteries & KEF and the Epicor community through the adoption of the Epicor Mattec solution and introducing the roll out to other factories in China.
