Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, announced today that PMMI Media Group’s Automation World magazine has announced the First Team category leaders in the 2017 Leadership in Automation Program. Epicor was awarded a place on the First Team in the “MES/MOM Software” category.

Automation World, the leading business magazine serving automation professionals, launched the community-based Leadership in Automation Program in January 2017.

“We’re pleased to recognize the First Team Honorees who offer both excellent customer service and best-in-class product innovation,” said Kurt Belisle, publisher, Automation World. “We appreciate the end-users who took the time to vote for their favorite solution providers. Congratulations to the honorees.”

Automation professionals are invited annually to vote for their favorite automation vendors in unaided-recall surveys. Over two dozen categories are featured, which represent the wide variety of automation technologies, software and products in use by today’s manufacturing professionals across the discrete, batch and continuous process manufacturing industries.

  • “It’s an honor to be recognized for leadership in providing industry-specific software to manufacturers. Supporting the growth of manufacturing and wholesale distribution businesses is a primary focus for Epicor, and to hear that industry experts and our customers are noticing demonstrates our effectiveness in the market.”
