ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open to all legal residents of the United States, Canada, and Mexico (excluding Puerto Rico) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and who have agreed to be bound by these Official Rules. METHODS OF ENTRY: There are two ways to enter: (1) Stop by the SEMA booth and receiving a demo from our aftermarket experts or (2) submit the following information: name, company name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3x5 inch card and email to: toKelsey.vandenhouten@epicor.com. Submissions must be received by Epicor by no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time (USA) on 11/03/23. Only one (1) entry is permitted. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsors and none will be returned for any reason. Entries will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered, garbled, mechanically or electronically reproduced, or tampered with in any way

DRAWING AND PRIZE REDEMPTION: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing on November 1 at 2:00 pm PST. Epicor will notify the potential winner by telephone. If you are a resident of Canada, you may be required to answer a mathematical question. Epicor will deliver the prize the day the Grand Prize Winner is selecte. Awarding of prize will be conducted by Epicor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. Epicor is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries; entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outages or delays, technical difficulties; or illegible, corrupted or untimely entries, which are void. If a dispute arises as to any online entry, the entrant will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the e-mail address, if any, used to enter.
