Each customer agreement with Epicor consists of an Order, Master Customer Agreement (MCA) Master Terms and Conditions, and where applicable, one or more Product Supplements specific to the product or service type(s) acquired, a Service Level Agreement (SLA), Services Specification and/or Data Processing Addendum.

Product and Service Specific Supplements
One or more Product Supplements also apply to specific hardware products, automotive products and services, and customizations customers acquire from Epicor.
Product Specific and Third Party Application Terms
A customer Order may be subject to product-specific terms which are identified with a hashtag (#) symbol. Third party products on an Order which are subject to additional terms are identified with an asterisk (*).
Other Materials
Certain product and services offerings are subject to other materials such as Epicor’s Controlled Release Agreement, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Acceptable Use Policies or Services Specifications
Epicor Data Processing Addenda
Data processing addenda applicable for whom Epicor processes “Personal Data” as defined under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or “Personal Information of a Consumer” under the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA)
