The New Epicor Learning Center
Epicor Eagle customers now have access to an enhanced learning experience through the Epicor Learning Center. This modern platform offers streamlined navigation, updated resources, and interactive tools to help you get the most out of your Epicor solutions. Please note that the Learning Center will replace Training On-Demand, providing a single, centralized hub for all your training needs.
Save Time and Increase Efficiency
- QuickFind in Inventory Maintenance – Streamline inventory tasks by reducing time spent searching for items across modules.
- QuickFind Available in Maintain P.O. Screen – Build or review purchase orders faster with the ability to verify information without switching screens.
- Label Manager in Physical Inventory Posting – Print labels during inventory tasks more efficiently now that Label Manager is in the Physical Inventory Posting (PIP) toolbar.
- Launch Inventory Changes Viewer from Eagle Browser – Save time by tracking recent inventory changes by date without having to leave the browser.
Improve Tracking and Visibility
- Last Used Date Update for In-Store Gift Cards – Track loyalty card usage more accurately and ensure that point-to-dollar conversions are reflected in card activity history.
- Document Scanning Enhancement – Organize scanned documents with more document type options.
Improve Data Accuracy and Completeness for More Informed Decision-Making
- Future Order Quantity Column in Item Display Window – Make more informed decisions and get accurate information about current and upcoming stock availability.
- New Columns in Advanced Receiving Documents (MRV) – Quickly assess item status and availability during the receiving process to make more informed inventory and purchasing decisions.
- New Columns Added to Buyer’s List – Filter and analyze buyer data more effectively to streamline buyer assignments, vendor coordination, and special-order tracking.
Enhance Customer Experiences
- Penny Elimination Enhancement – Maintain smooth and efficient checkout experiences with penny elimination for cash transactions in US stores.
- Enhance Payment Flexibility with American Express Debit Support – Serve more customers who prefer using debit over credit.
Make Compliance Simple
- Gift Card Enhancement – Maintain compliance with new anti-fraud laws with the ability to swipe or scan the barcode of gift cards at the point of sale.
- Option 2086 - Enforce all Transactional Security Card Entry Methods – Stay compliant with a warning message that appears when a swipe device that does not support encryption is used, and option 2086 is set to “yes” or “E.”
