Data Subject Complaint

This complaint form is electronically made available in compliance with s.103 of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.

 

Epicor strives to address all complaints as swiftly as possible.  If you have a complaint about how your personal data has been handled by Epicor, we ask that you complete this web-form so that we have a written record of the complaint.

 

Once completed, please click ‘submit’.  We will make every reasonable effort to respond to your complaint within thirty days of the electronic submission of this web form. Upon submission, this form will be directed to the relevant internal department within Epicor for processing, with a copy to Epicor’s Legal Department.  If we require additional information or clarification, we will notify you and our response may be delayed.

Complaint

I am concerned that Epicor Software Corporation (and/or its international affiliates)  (collectively “Epicor”) have not handled personal data properly.

I understand that before reporting my complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the United Kingdom,  I should give Epicor the chance to handle and respond to the complaint.

Identification Information

Please provide your Epicor employee number, your Customer Account Number, or Site ID Number as applicable.

I understand that, in accordance with applicable law, certain limitations may apply to the information that Epicor is able to provide and/or the actions we are able to undertake.
