Tyler Ernst

Mr. Tyler Ernst rejoined the Epicor Board of Directors in December 2025. He joined CD&R in 2020 and is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities in the technology sector. Prior to joining CD&R, he served at FFL Partners, a private equity firm, and at Bain & Company.
