These capabilities help Epicor customers streamline decisions, diversify parcel strategies, and access shipping insights instantly -bringing speed, automation, and clarity to every shipment. 

From Screens to Seconds: Get Shipping insights instantly with Prism AI 

Visibility has become the currency of modern shipping. Yet most ERP and shipping systems still rely on manual lookup processes that lag how teams actually want to work. 

Prism AI changes that

Quick Ship 2025.2 introduces conversational intelligence directly into the Kinetic experience, allowing users to simply ask questions like: 

• “Where is order 93287?” 
• “When will order 345 be delivered?” 
• “How many UPS shipments did we send this month?” 

Prism retrieves the information instantly, reducing screen hopping, accelerating decisions, and giving every user from customer service to shipping manager - a faster, smarter way to get answers.  

This is the beginning of a more intuitive, AI-powered shipping experience across Epicor. Quick Ship-Prism remains in Early Adopter phase, with general availability planned for January 28, 2026. 

Amazon Shipping: Tap Into the Fastest-Growing Parcel Network in the U.S. 

Parcel delivery is undergoing a massive shift. Amazon now moves more packages annually than UPS and FedEx, holds 25–28% of the U.S. parcel market, and is on track to surpass USPS by 2028. With Amazon Shipping now integrated in Quick Ship, users can connect directly to the nation’s fastest-growing parcel network, improving speed, resiliency, and cost efficiency across their delivery workflows.  

Amazon Parcel Shipping within Quick Ship will be available to customers beginning January 2026.
