25 Epicor customers recognized for Business Excellence or as Rising Stars
At Epicor, we’re proud of how we partner with our customers every day, so they can do business better. It’s always exciting to see those customers honored for superior performance—and in traditionally male segments like hardware and building supply, recognition for top female leaders is even more important. HBSDealer held their annual Top Women in Hardware & Building Supply event on November 15-16, 2023, in Chicago, IL at the Grand Sheraton Riverwalk to recognize distinguished women in these industries. Of those recognized at the event, 25 were Epicor customers.
The annual event not only recognizes these women as "leaders and rising stars", but also provides a space for celebration, mentorship opportunities, panels, industry education, networking, and resources. The 2023 program featured a multitude of renowned keynote speakers and leadership panels on important topics like work-life balance, resilience and perseverance, gender inequalities in the workforce, and empowering and supporting other women.
Epicor LBM Territory Manager Nicole Molzcan had the honor of introducing the keynote speaker, Deborah Gilboa, MD. A well-known author and family physician, Dr. Gilboa discussed the importance of managing stress and building resilience in yourself and the women around you.
Eight Epicor team members attended the event to honor the many Epicor customers recognized, as well as to celebrate how all women in building supply and hardware are making a difference.
