Rachel Barger

Rachel Barger is Chief Revenue Officer of Epicor, a position she has held since June 2026. She leads Epicor's global revenue organization, including sales, professional services, partner channels, and customer success.

Barger brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, and global go-to-market strategy. She has held senior leadership roles at UKG, Cisco, and SAP, leading go-to-market organizations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. She focuses on building high-performing teams and sustainable revenue growth through customer-focused execution.

She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW).
