Meet Our Interns

The Intern Life, Day by Day

We view our internships as a win in both directions!
You get to learn all about Epicor, and we get the benefit of your energy and ideas.

You will likely begin your internship with some introductory programs that will help you learn about Epicor and its history, our products, and the culture at your particular office. You may hear from leaders in various industries to help you become more familiar with various aspects of your professional role.

Once you are familiar with your internship area, you’ll begin to support that area with projects and daily work determined by your supervisor. As an example, interns in India recently worked on projects in cutting-edge areas like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning. These projects allowed them to meaningfully contribute to product development while gaining hands-on experience with real-world business challenges. You’ll also get to have fun at the office, through events and other gatherings with your fellow interns.

To make the most of your experience, ask questions at every turn! If you’d like to explore a problem in greater detail, aren’t clear on an assignment, or want to know more about a certain product or industry, make your voice heard. We’re excited to have you here, and we love sharing our knowledge. The more you engage, the more opportunities may come your way!

Here’s how to get started with the application process:

How We Hire
How We Hire

United States:

  • Candidates apply through Epicor career site.
  • Must be currently enrolled in school and not graduating before or during the summer internship program.

Mexico:

  • Candidates apply through Epicor career site.
  • Candidates must provide RFC, Social Security Number, and have advanced English proficiency.

India:

  • Students apply via their university’s placement team after the initial Epicor communication. For non-product roles, applications are accepted off-campus via job portals like Workday.

United States:

  • If selected, a recruiter will schedule a screening call.
  • Interview process begins.
  • Offers extended no later than April of that year. 

Mexico:

  • If selected, a recruiter will schedule a screening call.
  • Interview process begins.
  • Recruiter will reach out for screening.

India:

  • Once applications are received, candidates go through online assessments. Those who qualify via these assessment rounds will move on to interviews.

We can’t wait to get to know you. Now is your chance to let us know about your background, what you’re curious about, and what you hope to learn during your internship.  

United States: 

  • Speak to your academic interests, including any coursework that is relevant to Epicor and the skills you are hoping to hone during your internship. 
  • Research exactly what Epicor does and use that as a springboard to tell us why you want to work for Epicor. 

Mexico: 

  • Prepare to highlight your academic background in the industry. Review your areas of strength and how they are relevant to what you would like to learn more about while at Epicor.  

India: 

  • Focus on your coursework, academic projects, and any past internships; these form the foundation of the assessment and interview discussions. Be ready to tie in these academic achievements with your goals for your Epicor internship. 

Global internship opportunities may differ based on regional needs, timing, and business priorities.

What Happens When You Are Hired
What Happens When You Are Hired

Congratulations! We’re excited to have you on our internship team. You’ll have a busy but fun time ahead. Your notification and next steps will differ depending on your location. 

United States: 

  • Background check and visa verification. 
  • Epicor onboarding. 
  • Communications from Intern Coordinator and Hiring team before start date. 

Mexico: 

  • Two weeks for onboarding and preparation before first day. 

India: 

  • Offer letters are released shortly after selection. Background verification is initiated, which includes validation of government-issued ID (Aadhar) and university marksheets. 
Duration of the Internship

How long you’ll be with us will depend on where your internship is taking place.  

United States: 

  • 10-week paid internship with weekly professional development courses. 

Mexico: 

  • 18-month internship. 

India: 

  • Internship duration ranges from 6 months to 1 year, depending on the role.

  • Outreach events in April–May and September–October. 
  • Internships can start anytime between February and June, ending anytime between August and November

  • Hiring typically takes place between June and August, through university placement events and job postings on platforms like Workday.
