Epicor Honored As Bronze Stevie® Award Winner for Customer Service Department of the Year in 2017 American Business Awards

The 2017 Stevie® Winners will be Celebrated and Honored at a Gala Event on June 20 in New York City

Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, announced today it was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category in The 15th Annual American Business Awards today.

With the company’s focus on superior customer service, Epicor went searching for a state of the art platform beyond traditional customer relationship management and turned to ServiceNow’s Customer Service Management offering. Live since 2016, the solution has not only fundamentally changed the way the Epicor support organization operates, but it has also transformed the company’s interactions internally and externally.

The customer engagement model is now fully integrated across all channels, a myriad of different bolt-on toolsets were collapsed into the core platform, and the organizational structure changed to allow for global operating teams and cross-product, tiered support structures.

“We pride ourselves in being able to provide our customers with the best support possible and we are honored to be recognized for that focus. With our recent transformation, our entire management team is now empowered with real-time, actionable intelligence on the customer experience and able to continuously transform our support organization to deliver customer-centric outcomes.”
Ian Ashby, Senior Vice President, Global Support, Epicor

The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations—public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Live Event of the Year, and App of the Year, among others.

“Each year the judges find the quality and variety of the nominations to be greater than the year before. The 2017 competition was intense and every organization that has won should be proud,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards.
