    When will the migration start?

    The migration tool is active now and you should start your migration as soon as possible. Be sure to advise your staff of the event and prepare them with the appropriate URL information to update their device(s).

    How long will the conversion take me?

    The actual migration should take five minutes or less. This will vary depending on the number of devices set up in https://eagle.cloud.epicor.com today.

    Preparing your team will take the most time. Please make sure they understand what changes are in store and that they have the new URL for their app(s).

    How long do I have before the https://eagle.cloud.epicor.com URL goes away?

    You will have 45 days to complete the migration. Epicor will notify you again as the deadline approaches.

    What if I forgot my password?

    If you can’t remember your password, contact the Watchdog group to reset your password.

    • The agent will confirm when the password reset is complete.
    • At that point, you can log in using your customer number. You will be prompted to set a new password.

    What happens if I run into issues during the migration?

    You should stop, log out of the portal, and contact your LPS for further assistance.
