Epicor strives to protect Personal Data that we receive. We ask that you complete this form so that we have a written record of your request and so that we can promptly provide the information that you are requesting in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

So that we may verify your identity, you are required to provide your Epicor employee number and/or your Customer Account Number and other contact information. Epicor does not have a legal duty under GDPR to respond to requests for Personal Data that Epicor processes for and on behalf of its customers. All requests for Personal Data - that Epicor processes as a Data Processor for and on behalf of its customers - will be forwarded, by Epicor, to the relevant customer for handling.
