Epicor Delivery Dispatch allows for tracking customer orders throughout all phases. DDMS tracks the orders in-house, when dispatched and delivered. The application features real-time GPS tracking of the delivery vehicles and the ability to monitor and change routes while they are dispatched. Customer signature capture is included, as well as several management reports to track driver efficiencies.
