Epicor Named 2021 Stevie® Award Winner for Sales & Customer Service

The company's Customer Service Department was awarded “Customer Service Department of the Year (Computer Software – 100 or More Employees),” and two of Epicor’s executive leaders were also recognized as winners in the following categories:

  • Lisa Pope, Head of Americas Sales, for “Woman of the Year” in Sales
  • Jason Taylor, Head of Global Support, for “Customer Service Leader of the Year”

This recognition proves the overall effort and teamwork from the Epicor Sales and Customer Service team successfully served the needs of essential business clients whose employees are on the front lines, whether that was in-person or virtually.
