Joanna Johnston
Joanna Johnston joined Epicor in 2025 as Senior VP of Global Consulting Services. She will lead global initiatives to elevate delivery excellence, customer outcomes, and strategic execution, partnering across regions and functions to amplify customer experience while strengthening operational efficiency.
Throughout her career, Johnston has been recognized for building high-performing teams in high-growth companies, partnering with Sales, Product and Marketing to accelerate revenue growth. Before taking on the leadership role with Epicor Global Consulting Services, Johnston served as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Gong, Chief Customer Officer at Big Panda, and VP of Professional Services (North America) at Snowflake.
She is also a trusted advisor to several C-suites and boards, sharing her deep expertise in digital transformation, customer experience, and customer growth strategies. Johnston holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from the University of Oregon, as well as executive education certificates from Harvard Business School and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
