Formerly known as the Epicor LBM User Conference, Epicor Insights for Building Supply is the official customer conference for Epicor BisTrack, LumberTrack and Warehouse Management customers. It brings together the largest gathering of Epicor BisTrack and LumberTrack users, prospective customers, partners, developers, thought leaders, press, and employees for a two-day learning and networking experience that focuses on Epicor for Building Supply platforms, Building Supply best practices, solutions, and future plans. With educational sessions and extensive hands-on labs, the conference offers the opportunity to learn, connect with peers, and understand your industry best practices.

Insights for Building Supply will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN!

Full-day and half-day boot camps will be held Wednesday, November 8, 2023, and the two-day conference will be November 9 - 10, 2023.

Yes. Substitutions can be made in writing to the Epicor events team at events@epicor.com.  Please include the names of both the original and substitute registrant.

A full refund will be issued until Wednesday, November 1, 2023. After this date, a 50% cancelation fee will apply. All cancelations must be made in writing and addressed to "Epicor Insights for Building Supply 2023—CANCELATION" sent by email to events@epicor.com.

All conference attendees with badges will have access to continental breakfast and lunch, along with two evening receptions.
