Eligibility

  • Entries are limited to customers using Epicor software solutions (channel/alliance partners are not eligible)
  • Must be current on Epicor maintenance
  • Winners selected for Americas, Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe and Middle East programs will automatically be submitted for consideration in the global categories for overall ‘Customer of the Year’

Guidelines

  • Customers select program and category in which they are submitting an entry
  • Award entries should include quantitative measures (e.g., cost savings, revenue/profit gains, higher inventory turns, improved employee productivity, improved sales per employee number, ROI), as well as qualitative measures (customer service improvements, strategic/competitive advantage, etc.) to demonstrate the business benefits and impact of the technology on the customer’s business
  • By submitting entries, award winners agree to participate in news releases, video and case study interviews, and other marketing materials promoting the award program results

Award entries will judged as follows:

  • Complexity of the project - What business areas were impacted by the scope of the project?
  • Clearly stated objectives – Why was this initiative started? What were the deliverables? How was success defined?
  • Overall business impact of the initiative relative to stated goals – What was achieved? How did this compare to the original KPIs?
  • Other facts and circumstances that Epicor in its sole discretion considers relevant to selecting an appropriate winner.
