Because digital eCommerce needs vary, Epicor Commerce offers a choice of tiers with different features. Epicor Commerce Base includes the B2B and B2C eCommerce functionality that most sellers need and allows you to choose among a fixed set of options and multiple 'certified extensions' with standard implementation hours.

Configurable Themes and Automatic Upgrades for Base
For Base, choose among three themes, dual color, array and 'Inspire Me’. Pick your primary and secondary colors and leverage assets to reflect your particular industry. If you have multiple stores, you can choose different themes for different stores.

The Base Tier include automatic upgrades so you do not have to worry about staying up to date with new Epicor Commerce releases or with security patches.

Hierarchical Catalog Structure

Quick Ship offers Rate Shopping at time of quote, order or shipment to keep your customers' shipping costs low and drive loyalty for your business. Calculated freight automatically flows back to your ERP platform for automated invoicing of freight charges.

Epicor Commerce customers can pull these rates into Epicor Commerce and rate shop at checkout; no need to maintain shipping rates in both applications.

Related / Upsell / Cross-Sell /Substitute Products
Display related or substitute products on product detail pages to promote particular products, encourage additional, higher value purchases or suggest alternatives when a given product is unavailable. You can also display cross-sell products here or when shoppers view their cart. The cross-sell block displays a selection of items marked as cross sells to the items already in the cart.

Recommended Lists
Create and manage lists that recommend certain products to be purchased in conjunction with other products.
