A Message to our Customers: Insights LBM 2020
Epicor Insights LBM is our premier annual event for Epicor BisTrack and LumberTrack customers that provides an opportunity to learn, connect with peers, and understand industry best practices. Insights LBM 2020 is currently scheduled to be held as planned on November 16 – 18, 2020, in San Antonio, Texas. We are respectful of the seriousness of the situation and are taking every precaution to ensure a safe environment for our customers, our employees, and our partners. We continue to monitor guidance from local, state, and federal officials in both the U.S.A. and Canada for guidelines on travel and gatherings of large groups. In the event that we do not hold an in-person Insights LBM 2020 at the current scheduled date, we are investigating options to either reschedule the event or to host an online, virtual conference to provide you with the educational sessions and hands-on labs at the same level of quality you expect from your Epicor LBM Team.
