Monitor your IT

Epicor provides a sophisticated support framework, a helpdesk, remote monitoring and server monitoring with experienced engineers using diagnostic software tools.

Maintain your IT

Epicor will assist in the regular planned maintenance of your IT system by initiating regular reporting and escalation systems, and introducing upgrade plans and maintenance processes while providing a highly secure network.

Infrastructure Services

Epicor’s infrastructure services can be managed either monthly or quarterly with reporting structures covering:

  • Issues identified or outstanding
  • Advice on issues or IT options
  • Server status
  • Server growth
  • Annual IT or infrastructure plan for budget and strategic planning purposes
  • Disaster recovery planning, development, testing and execution

 Epicor’s Window server support options include:

  • Regular backup status checks and tests
  • Regular system log check
  • Regular server growth check
  • Maintenance of anti-virus configurations
  • File and folder permissions management
  • Maintenance of user accounts, security and distribution groups
  • Maintenance of security and distribution groups
  • Test and installation of operating system patches and service packs
  • Restore and recover operating system
  • Printer queue setup and maintenance

Issues Management

Epicor now offers local sales and services covering hardware sales, as such we can provide hardware quotes and proposals, and source IT hardware when required.

Third Party Management 
Epicor manage third party hardware, software and service suppliers for services, hardware and software covered by the facilities management fixed fee. For other services, hardware or software time will be charged under support services.

Hardware 
Epicor will either fix the problem or manage the supplier who fixes it for you.

  • Workstation standard operating environment and build
  • Internet configuration
