Epicor Insights is the official global customer conference for Epicor customers. It brings together customers, partners, and industry experts for a three-day learning and networking experience focused on Epicor products, solutions, and future plans. With more than 500 sessions and extensive hands-on labs, the conference offers the opportunity to learn, connect with peers, and understand your industry’s trends and best practices.
Users of Epicor platforms who want to extend functionality and protect their investment are encouraged to attend. The conference has something for everyone—from IT-focused professionals to business executives.

All conference attendees and paid guests with either a guest pass or Tuesday night dinner and entertainment pass have access to applicable meals.
The attire is business casual. The meeting spaces can be cold, so bring a jacket or sweater for your comfort.

Yes. Substitutions can be made in writing to Insights registration at insights@epicor.com. Include the names of both the original registrant and the substitute registrant and/or guest.
In order to be issued a full refund for your registration, we must receive your cancellation notice prior to June 28, 2021. To cancel your registration, please email us at insights@epicor.com with the subject line, “Cancellation.”
A link to your invoice(s) will be sent to you in your registration confirmation email. Please click on that link to print out the invoice(s) to send in with your company check for payment. If you need an additional copy, you can access your invoice(s) through your registration record or email insights@epicor.com.

The health of attendees is our first priority, so we’re moving forward with Epicor Insights 2021 in July with the assumption that the outlook continues on the right track. We are planning carefully, monitoring the news closely, and will adjust all aspects of the event as needed to ensure safety.
We offer a group discount for groups of five or more who are all registered under the same company registration. Pay full price (early bird, regular or late registration fee) for the first four attendees and receive a $180 discount on the fifth and subsequent attendees. The primary attendee must enter the following code when registering: GRP21. Before the end of the registration process, the primary attendee has the option to add more attendees. The group discount of $180 will be automatically applied beginning with the fifth attendee. Please note that the group discount cannot be applied with any other discount codes or free registrations.
