MORSCO supplies more than 80,000 commercial and residential plumbing, HVAC, and PVF products to approximately 25,000 customers nationwide.  Founded in 1917 in Fort Worth, Texas, MORSCO was once known as Morrison Supply. The growing company renamed itself in 1926, in recognition of the elderly J.T. With seven separate companies consisting of 164 branches in 12 states that generate $1.2 billion in annual sales, the company outgrew their homegrown system. Phil Osborn, vice president of customer and pricing strategies commented, "The old system couldn’t even accommodate our ongoing growth, since the field for tracking branches only went to 99 and we had already passed the 100-store milestone."

To sum up, the main challenge was synchronizing the information generated by 164 separate branches at one centralized location because every branch operated differently and data had to be sent manually to the corporate office.

After an intense search of the right ERP for the company, MORSCO initiated the phased rollout of the Epicor Eclipse software solution.
