Epicor-Debuts-Vehicle-Repair-Profile-Feature-for-Users-of-Integrated-Service-Estimator-and-B2B-eStore-SolutionsDeveloped in collaboration with the Epicor Industry Data Analytics team, the new tool for automotive service providers offers built-in repair intelligence to help guide service inspections and enable a more consultative customer experience. By helping shops perform more complete vehicle inspections, the Vehicle Repair Profile facilitates increased customer loyalty and additional opportunities for revenue growth.

Both the ISE and B2B eStore solutions will incorporate a Vehicle Repair Profile link, offering easy access to the top 20 types of replacement parts most commonly ordered for a corresponding vehicle application. The eStore solution links more than 30,000 registered wholesaler locations with over 200,000 service dealer and other buyer accounts. A shop using either or both solutions can click on the Vehicle Repair Profile button to determine which parts have the highest consumption rates for each customer's vehicle.

The Vehicle Repair Profile offers numerous advantages, both in the service bay and at the sales counter. Not only can technicians use this repair intelligence to guide inspections and uncover previously undiagnosed repair needs, but service writers can use the data to advise customers of potential problems associated with certain parts. By offering customers a truly complete inspection-and making a habit of checking commonly replaced parts for their vehicles on subsequent visits-shop professionals can build consumer confidence and trust for longer-term relationships.
