Make your experience at the Epicor Virtual User Summit as successful as possible. Review the information below to get ready for the event, and refer back to it to find your way.
To help you explore the entire virtual user summit, we’ve created a scavenger hunt. Simply visit the Solutions Hall, Conference Hall, Networking Lounge, and Resource Center to find answers, and then complete the survey to enter to win BIG PRIZES. A link to the survey will be provided to registrants prior to the event.
Once you log in, you'll find yourself in the Main Hall. Entry points for the various show locations (such as the Conference Hall, Solutions Hall, Networking Lounge and Resource Center) are clearly marked. Check out the navigation bar running along the left side of the screen for quick access to all areas of the event.
Inside each booth, you'll find product literature, presentations and more. Booths are staffed by booth reps that are ready to answer all of your questions. You may participate in an ongoing booth chat with other attendees in the booth at the same time.
Visit the Conference Hall to get an inside look at the latest release of Epicor ERP, learn from Epicor experts on how to grow your business, and sit in on a session to learn how to take the next step.
If you are attending for professional networking, you will love the tools in the Networking Lounge. Add to the current chat discussion topics or start your own. You may also exchange virtual business cards with other attendees, and invite them for one-on-one chats with you.
The Resource Center provides the central location for viewing content, such as case studies and white papers, and product information, as well as webcasts and other dynamic presentations. You can also save resources to your briefcase for quick viewing at a later date.
As you browse the show, stash away items of interest in convenient folders in your personal briefcase. Folders are set up for documents, presentations, booths, contacts, and chats. Any business cards you receive will be downloaded to the contacts folder in your briefcase.
After logging in, be sure to set up your profile to share information about yourself with other attendees. If you are serious about professional networking, your profile is a great tool to introduce yourself. This is also where you can set your avatar, upload your photo, or change your password and privacy options.
Search tools are accessible right from the navigation bar.
