Amy Baker joined Epicor Software Corporation in 2011 as a Product Marketing Manager for Epicor's Global Services. She is responsible for the worldwide marketing direction for Epicor Consulting, Education, Support and Managed Services. Baker has 18+ years of marketing experience in both manufacturing and hi-tech sectors including software development and value-added-reseller companies.
Craig Downing spearheads Epicor's global cloud strategy, bringing his 20 years of experience in building and ERP and CRM solutions to Epicor. As part of the team that built the first commercial browser based accounting system, he has a deep passion for cloud deployed enterprise applications, and doggedly pursues every opportunity to help others understand the benefits of moving key business applications to the cloud. He has an undergraduate degree in business economics and an MBA in Market.
Creed Grimm graduated from Iowa State University in Ames, IA in 2008. Shortly after graduation he started his career at Epicor. Creed’s official title is Solutions Engineer; as a Solutions Engineer his responsibilities include deep product knowledge and conducting demonstrations to both our customer base as well as new business opportunities. His focus is primarily manufacturing, but has worked with companies in distribution and professional services as well. During his time at Epicor he has worked with a variety of manufacturing industries including aerospace and defense, medical device and hi-tech.
Malcolm Fox joined Epicor Software Corporation in 1997 as a senior consultant; bringing with him over a decade of software experience. In his current position as vice president of product marketing, Fox is responsible for the global product direction and marketing of Epicor HCM.
Mike joined Epicor in 2010, via acquisition, from Spectrum Human Resource Systems Corporation. He has 7 years of experience in the HR industry and has held roles such as BDR, SMB Sales, and is now the Territory Manager for the Midwest and parts of Canada for Epicor.
Tom Muth is the Senior Marketing Manager for MES and Epicor's ERP solution for Process manufacturing with his primary focus being management of Epicor's ERP for designed for food and beverage manufacturers. Tom has over 25 years of experience in automation and information technology based products and services - in the areas of product line management, new business development, and sales & marketing. Before joining Epicor, Tom also served as the Director of Marketing for Invensys Operations Management software business focused on the process market. Tom has participated in executive professional and industry associations including: ISA, MESA, OPC Foundation.
Chris Purcell is Epicor Software's Product Marketing Manager responsible for the strategic direction of Epicor's ERP solutions particularly in the areas of Financial Management, and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). An accountant for 12 years, qualifying with CIMA and working within some of the world's leading B2B and B2C companies, his work has taken him around the world, dealing with change/project management of global financial and ERP systems. Based out of Epicor's EMEA headquarters in England, he is well placed to advise and comment on how global ERP solutions are evolving in response to the challenges facing businesses today.
Kathie Poindexter joined Epicor Software in 2010, bringing more than 25 years success in discrete manufacturing including; Electronics, High Technology and Aerospace and Defense (A&D) industries, and sales and marketing for enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. In her current position as manager, product marketing, Poindexter is responsible for leading and developing Epicor’s initiatives in the growing and dynamic Industrial Machinery, A&D and Electronics and High Technology market sectors, managing the marketing strategy and product direction. Her industry experience is invaluable to helping Epicor build strong market share within these key manufacturing verticals.
In addition to her duties in product marketing for Epicor for Industrial Machinery, Aerospace and Defense and Electronics and High Tech, Poindexter focuses on solutions for project manufacturing, asset management and maintenance, repair and overhaul.
Prior to joining Epicor Poindexter spent a number of years as a senior solution engineer providing ERP consulting support for both commercial and public sector A&D and project-based manufacturing businesses. Prior to moving into the software industry, Poindexter had an extensive background in operations, finance, government contract compliance, and ERP project implementation working in management positions at Cubic Defense Applications, Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics.
Poindexter attended University of Redlands, California earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Management.
Dick Schultz is an industry expert with extensive background in developing software systems to support Lean and Pull manufacturing techniques. For over 25 years, Schultz has worked with hundreds of manufacturing companies to develop and implement manufacturing systems strategies on a global scale. He was part of a team that pioneered delivery of manufacturing systems into the China market over 20 years ago.
Currently Schultz is the Director of Product Marketing, Manufacturing at Epicor bringing his passion for helping companies operationalize their strategic directives. Prior to joining the Epicor team, Dick spent nearly 23 years with Fourth Shift in a variety of executive roles and the last 5 years as General Manager of the global business unit.
