Lee's Home Center Engages Consumers on a New Level

One of the first retailers to leverage the new version of Epicor Eagle N Series is Lee's Home Center, a full-service home center providing high-quality hardware, paint, lumber, and garden supply products to the St. Louis, Missouri area. Lee's Home Center prides itself on using technology to better serve its customers and stay ahead of the competition. Implementing the new Charitable Donations functionality within Epicor Eagle N Series, Lee's Home Center has been able to streamline customer donations and become more involved in local and national charitable giving opportunities right from each point of sale (POS) station.

Business Intelligence Improves Performance Measurement

One of the critical responsibilities for any retail buyer is ensuring that a vendor delivers products in a timely fashion and in the quantity ordered. Retail buyers need good analytical tools to understand how well their vendors are performing. The new version of Epicor Eagle N Series introduces the highly requested Vendor Report Card functionality. By utilizing the vastly analytical Vendor Report Card tool, retailers can analyze analytics with objective information assembled in a concise format on each vendor entered into the system.

New Functionality for Efficient Retail Operation Management

Physical Inventory Streamlining - The latest release of Epicor Eagle N Series includes further streamlining of inventory workflows to gain business efficiencies. The physical inventory process has been centralized into one application, and enhancements allow stores to perform counts more accurately and efficiently.

Gift and List Registry - The introduction of the Gift and List Registry application in the new release of Epicor Eagle N Series facilitates 'wish list' and 'project list' creation for consumers. Built on the Epicor iNet eBusiness Suite platform, the Gift and List Registry application will better equip retailers to promote engagement between their store and consumers, stimulate new consumer acquisition, increase sales and highlight market differentiation.

Dynamic Promotions - Building on the previous Dynamic Promotions features, the new version of Epicor Eagle N Series introduces additional functionality; such as, when a promotion coupon is issued and printed in the point of sale (POS), the system records the customers' serial number on the coupon for easier tracking of coupon customers. If a customer misplaces their loyalty or rewards card, retailers can easily look up the serial number and enter it at the POS.

Epicor Eagle N Series and Microsoft Dynamics GP - Growing retail businesses can now take advantage of the integration between Epicor Eagle N Series and Microsoft Dynamics GP. This new capability from Epicor enables retailers to use specific financial tools with a single integrated solution for payroll, human resources and accounting-eliminating redundant data entry and introducing timesaving and reporting advantages.
