Intelligent Use of Business Data across MGM Resorts International’s Retail Operations Garners ‘Data to Decisions’ Category Honors

Schnur was named the winner in the "Data to Decisions" category at the SuperNova Award Gala Dinner Oct. 29, on the opening night of Constellation 's Connected Enterprise innovation summit.
MGM Resorts' Schnur spearheaded a business intelligence initiative to leverage data to speed issue and opportunity identification for more timely resolution and action, and to drive overall improved business performance and responsiveness. The Constellation SuperNova Awards recognize unique disruptive technology implementations that emphasized overcoming adversity, business model transformation, and solid metrics. Finalists were selected from a pool of more than 220 applications, spanning a wide range of industries and recognized by the SuperNova Award Judges as individuals who embody the SuperNova Award spirit to champion disruptive technologies within their organizations. A combination of judges' scores and public votes ultimately determined winners across seven categories.
