Authorized Consultants
Authorized Consultants (AC's) offer implementation and professional consulting services and work directly with Epicor sales, value-added resellers and customers. AC's provide expertise in Epicor product functionality and technology, contributing to higher levels of customer satisfaction. Authorized Consultants are eligible to participate in our Referral Partner programs. The Epicor Partners for Growth program provides our Authorized Consultants the tools, resources and training necessary to be successful with Epicor solutions.
What you Receive
To make your job easier all Epicor Authorized Consultants receive the following:
- A Partner Welcome Kit
- Up to ten, not for resale, copies of the Epicor product you are authorized to use for demostration, training, and testing.
- A set of demo CD's that are pre-configured to allow partners to easily demo the suite of products, complete with highlights, report samples, and additional information.
- Product literature kit with an array of professionally developed collateral pieces.
- An implementation guidebook with best practices, tools, and a concrete action plan designed to streamline the process.
- Complete customer training manual and documentation for reference and internal staff training.
- New Partner Start-Up Pack with Roadmap
