    What is the Epicor Lumber & Building Materials User Conference?

    It’s the official customer conference for Epicor LBM customers. It brings together Epicor customers, partners, and industry experts for a two-day learning and networking experience focused on Epicor LBM platforms, LBM best practices, solutions, and future plans. With educational sessions and extensive hands-on labs, the conference offers the opportunity to learn, connect with peers, and understand your industry best practices.

    When and where is the conference being held?

    The LBM User Conference will be held on November 16-18 at the Anaheim Hilton, in Anaheim, CA.
    Full-day and half-day Boot Camps will be held November 16, and the 2-day LBM User Conference will be on November 17 and 18.

    Who should attend the LBM User Conference?

    Users of Epicor LBM solutions who want to extend functionality and leverage their investment in Epicor solutions. The conference has something for everyone from IT-focused professionals to business executives.

    Are there any sponsorships or exhibit spaces available?

    How do I register?

    Registration information for the 2016 LBM User Conference will be available in the Summer.

    How can I pay?

    You can pay by credit card at the time of online registration.

    Will continuing education credits be available?

    Continuing education credits are available based on individual state approval. Please consult your state board prior to attending the conference. Epicor will provide you with a letter as proof of your attendance and the hours of education available during the conference. To request this letter, please e-mail Sherri Levasseur at slevasseur@epicor.com.

    Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company in the event I cannot attend?

    Yes. Substitutions can be made in writing to Epicor LBM registration at shismith@epicor.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrant.

    What if I need to cancel?

    All cancellations for the LBM User Conference must be received in writing to the attention of Shirley Smith via email: shismith@epicor.com. Cancellations received on or before October 21, 2016 will receive a 100% refund. If you have questions please call 951-760-6025.

    Are meals provided during the conference?

    All conference attendees with badges will have access to continental breakfast and lunch.

    What is the dress code for the Conference?

    The attire is business casual. The meeting space can be cold, so please bring a jacket or a sweater for your comfort.

    How do I book my hotel at the Epicor rate?

    Epicor has secured a group discount rate of $149 per night (plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 8% sales tax + 17% hotel occupancy tax + $1.76 resort assessment tax) at the Anaheim Hilton. The discounted rates expire on Oct 14, 2016. Anyone booking rooms after this date will be charged the current rate by the hotel.
