    Herald Chen
    Mr. Herald Chen became a director in August 2016. Based at the KKR Menlo Park location, Mr. Chen re-joined KKR in 2007, having previously worked for the Firm from 1995 to 1997, and Co-Heads the Technology industry team within KKR's Private Equity platform. He has been directly involved with the investments in Mitchell, Go Daddy, Visma, Kodak, Sun Microsystems and Kindercare Learning Centers. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Chen was a managing director with Fox Paine & Company, CEO of ACMI Corporation, and CFO and co-founder of Jamcracker, Inc. He was also with Goldman, Sachs & Co. He holds a B.S. and a B.S.E., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

    John Park
    Mr. John Park became a director in August 2016. Based at the KKR Menlo Park location, he joined KKR in 2013 and is a member of the Technology industry team. Mr. Park is currently a member of the board of directors of Mitchell International, Internet Brands, GoDaddy and Ticket Monster, and is also involved with KKR's investments in SunGard Data Systems, Ping Identity and Cylance. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Park was with Apax Partners, where he focused on investments in technology and participated in transactions involving Epicor Software Corporation, Activant Solutions, Paradigm Geophysical and Sophos. Previously, Mr. Park was a member of the mergers & acquisitions practice at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Park holds an A.B., cum laude, in Economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

    Usman Rabbani
    Mr. Usman Rabbani became a director in August 2016. Based at the KKR Menlo Park location, Mr. Rabbani works with the TMT industry team of KKR Capstone to evaluate new investments, and leads technology related value creation efforts across the private equity portfolio. Previously, Mr. Rabbani was a partner at McKinsey & Company serving clients in the TMT industry and enterprise IT. Before that, he spent 10 years in software engineering and operational roles as Founder and CTO of a cloud video surveillance platform, as an enterprise IT architect at Pfizer, as a tech team lead at Scient, and as a software developer at Massachusetts General Hospital. Mr. Rabbani earned an M.B.A. at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in Computer Science at Harvard University, and a B.A. in Computer Science and Psychology at Yale University.

    Joe Cowan
    Mr. Joe Cowan has served as Chief Executive Officer of Epicor since October 2013 and as a director of the Company since November 2013. Prior to accepting his position with Epicor, from June to October 2013, Mr. Cowan served as President of DataDirect Networks, a privately-held data storage infrastructure provider. Prior to that, Mr. Cowan served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of OnLine Resources Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCC) from June 2010 to March 2013. From June 2009 to June 2010, Mr. Cowan served as a consultant with Vector Capital, a venture capital investment firm. Mr. Cowan served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Interwoven Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV), a provider of content management software, from April 2007 until its acquisition by Autonomy, Inc. in March 2009. He served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Manugistics Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: MANU), a provider of supply chain management software, from July 2004 to July 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Cowan served in a variety of other executive senior sales and marketing management positions with companies including, EXE Technologies, Inc., Invensys Automation & Information Systems, Wonderware, Texas Instruments, Eurotherm Corp. (now part of Invensys), Monsanto, and Honeywell Information.
