2. HOW TO QUALIFY

Be the person to whom this offer was originally mailed;
Schedule a consultation on retail transaction data management with a qualified Epicor representative on or before April 30, 2011; and
Complete the aforementioned consultation.

This is not a contest; it is a promotional offer. The product offered in this promotion is an Amazon Kindle Wireless Reading Device, WiFi, with 6” display. Approximate retail value: $139.00. Each person who satisfies all the criteria aforementioned in section 2 will receive one. No substitutions are allowed, except by Epicor Software Corporation which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value. All applicable taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of each prize winner.

4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION.

By participating in this offer, the participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these drawing rules. By accepting the offer and the Amazon Kindle, the winner releases Epicor Software Corporation from all liability with respect to participation in the promotion and possession or use of the product awarded. Participant acknowledges that the Amazon Kindle is provided “AS-IS” and that Epicor provides no warranty with such product and disclaims any implied warranty, include any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Any service, connection or other wireless type charges associated with the continuing use of the Kindle shall be borne by the winner and not Epicor. To the extent that the third party manufacturer of the product provides any warranty with the prize, Epicor shall pass such warranty on to the qualified product recipient.

These offer rules constitute the full agreement relating to the offer. In the event of any conflict between these rules and any of the documents relating to the offer, these rules shall prevail. This offer is void where prohibited by law.
