What is the Epicor Insights Eagle Customer Conference?
Epicor Insights is the official global user conference for Epicor customers. It brings together Epicor’s customers, partners, and industry experts for a two-day learning and networking experience focused on Epicor products, solutions, and future plans. With over 80 sessions and extensive hands-on labs, the conference offers the opportunity to learn, connect with peers, and understand your industry best practices.

When and where is Insights held?
Insights 2013 will be held May 13th-15th in Nashville, at the Gaylord Opryland.

Who should attend Insights?
Epicor Eagle users who want to improve the use of their Eagle system, helping to improve employee skill-sets and lead to better customer service and core revenue-generating activities in the business. The conference has something for everyone from IT-focused professionals, to managers, to back-office and end-users.

Are you accepting speaker applications?
Information and best practices shared by users is extremely valuable content that we look to maximize every year. There’s also a significant discount if your abstract is selected. Please explore our speaker portal for more information.

Are there any sponsorships or exhibit spaces available?
Yes, sponsors are included in Insights every year. Sponsorship opportunities are available to all Epicor Partners. To get more information on becoming a sponsor of the event, please e-mail mmullen@epicor.com.

How do I register?
Click here to register for Insights 2013. You can select to pay by company check, wire transfer, or credit card.

Will continuing education credits be available?
Continuing education credits are available based on individual state approval. Please consult your state board prior to attending Insights 2013. Epicor will provide you with a letter as proof of your attendance and the hours of education available during the conference. To request this letter, please e-mail Eagleinsights@epicor.com.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company in the event I cannot attend?
Yes. Substitutions can be made in writing to Insights registration at Eagleinsights@epicor.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrant and/or guest.

What if I need to cancel?
There is a $150 fee for cancellations made prior to April 22nd, 2013. After this date, the full conference amount is non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to "Epicor Insights 2013 - CANCELLATION" and faxed to 949-585-4544 or sent by e-mail to Eagleinsights@epicor.com.

How do I get a copy of my registration invoice?
A link to your invoice will be sent to you in your registration confirmation e-mail. Please click on that link to print out the invoice to send in with your company check for payment. If you need an additional copy, you can access your invoice through your registration record or e-mail Eagleinsights@epicor.com.

How can I pay?
Acceptable methods of payments are check, credit card, or wire transfer.

Are meals provided during the conference?
All conference attendees and paid guests with badges will have access to all conference provided meals.

What is the dress code for the Conference?
The attire for Insights is business casual. The meeting space can be cold, so please bring a jacket or a sweater for your comfort.

How do I book my hotel at the Epicor rate?
Gaylord Opryland has rooms available from December 15, 2011.- April 2, 2013. Room reservations received after April 2, 2013, will be on a space available basis only. Note the room block may sell out before that date, so make reservations early to secure the $169.00 per night rate. Can I bring a guest/spouse to Insights?
A guest pass is available for $200. The guest pass includes entrance to all meal functions and evening events. It does not allow entrance into the conference sessions or labs. You can register your guest when you register for Insights or on-site at the conference.
