Pervez Qureshi, President and CEO Pervez Qureshi brings over 20 years of management experience in the software and technology industry to Epicor Software Corporation. From 2006 until 2011, Qureshi served as CEO and president of Activant Solutions Inc. Qureshi served as Activant’s chief operating officer and executive vice president since 2004. Prior to joining Activant, Qureshi was president and founder of a management consulting company. He has also held senior positions at Harvest Software, Metaphor Computer Systems, Hewlett-Packard and IBM. Qureshi has an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the University of Lowell in Massachusetts. |

Kathy Crusco, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Kathy Crusco brings more than 20 years of experience to her role as executive vice president and CFO of Epicor. Crusco came to Epicor in May 2011 following the merger with Activant Solutions Inc. She joined Activant in May 2007 and served as senior vice president and chief financial officer before being promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer in November 2010. Prior to joining Activant, Crusco served as vice president of worldwide finance for Polycom Inc. John Hiraoka, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer John Hiraoka joined Epicor in 1998 and brings over 25 years of enterprise applications design, development, sales, marketing, and operations experience to the company. In his current position as chief marketing officer and executive vice president, business development, he is responsible for the company’s overall corporate, product and marketing strategy, as well as corporate development, strategic partnerships, alliances, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Epicor, Hiraoka held a variety of senior management positions with DataWorks Corporation, including vice president of advanced product development and international operations. Juanita Lott, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Juanita Lott brings more than 20 years of experience to her role as senior vice president and CHRO. Prior to joining Epicor, Lott held executive and management positions in human resources at a number of companies including IAC Search and Media, Sybase Corporation, Alcatel Business Systems and Stanford University. In addition to her leadership roles in human resources, Lott was the Founder and CEO of Bridgestream, an enterprise security software company (acquired by Oracle in 2007). Paul Farrell, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Research and Development, ERP Paul Farrell brings over 20 years experience with ERP systems to the company, primarily within the midmarket discrete manufacturing sector. In his current role as executive vice president, worldwide research and development, Farrell is responsible for the product development of all the company’s enterprise software product lines and oversees Epicor development centers in the Americas, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. Paul Salsgiver, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Epicor Retail Paul Salsgiver brings over 35 years of experience to his role as executive vice president and general manager of the Epicor Retail solutions business. Prior to joining Activant, Salsgiver served as CEO for technology industry start-ups Compassoft and Aspectrics. Bill Wilson, Senior Vice President, Research and Development, Retail Bill Wilson brings more than 25 years of experience to his role as senior vice president of research and development for Epicor retail software solutions. Wilson came to Epicor in May 2011 following the merger with Activant Solutions Inc., where he served as senior vice president of product development with responsibility for cross-product technology and architecture planning. Wilson joined Activant in 1981 as a software engineer and later became vice president of product development for the non-automotive vertical markets in 1999 and for all vertical markets in 2004. In the role of senior vice president and general manager, EMEA, Deane is responsible for operations including all sales, services, support and marketing, focused on revenue growth and expanding the market for Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions throughout the region. Craig Charlton, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Asia Pacific Craig Charlton joined Epicor in 2007 when the company acquired the Epicor division its then largest global reseller, Professional Advantage in Australia. Charlton brings more than 20 years experience in all aspects of software sales, marketing, consulting, customer service, and product development to Epicor. In the role of senior vice president and general manager, Asia Pacific, Charlton is responsible for all facets of operations, representing Epicor ERP solutions in the Asia Pacific region. Charlton is a Chartered Accountant by qualification, and has spent the majority of his career involved in the implementation and support of technology solutions across a wide range of industries. He received a bachelor of business and a graduate diploma in taxation law from Monash University in Melbourne Australia. |
